FAQs

What sizes are available?

  • Willow® offers Flanges and Milk Containers in size 21mm, 24mm & 27mm. If you are measuring 11mm – 17mm nipple size, we recommend the Willow® Inserts with the 24mm Flange or Milk Container for the best pumping experience.

Do I need a special bra for Willow®?

  • We recommend wearing Willow® with a full coverage nursing bra that’s stretchy and has a flap. Avoid underwire and padded bras.

Does Willow® work with larger breast sizes?

  • Yes. Willow® was designed to work with larger breast sizes including G and H bra cups.

Can I return Willow® if it doesn’t work for me?

  • Breast pumps and accessories are regulated as single user product and cannot be returned once the safety seal has been broken. The Willow® breakthrough technology is unlike any other pump on the market. If you are having any problems, take advantage of our complimentary 1:1 coaching from our all mom team of experts.

What’s the difference between the Willow® and the Willow Go™?

  • Willow 3.0 offers complete, leak-free mobility when pumping with our Spill-Proof Milk Bags. With its gravity-defying continuous latch suction technology, you can pump in any position, from bending over to lying down. Willow Go doesn’t offer as full of a range of motion, but offers the same completely in-bra design and lets you pump totally hands-free and untethered. Willow Go’s “tug and release” suction technology is comparable to traditional pumps and other wearable pump brands.

  • Willow 3.0 offers more milk storage options. It’s compatible with Spill-Proof Milk Bags and reusable Containers, while Willow Go offers Containers only.

  • Both pumps are app connected, but Willow 3.0 offers smart pumping that tracks volume in real time and automatically records your session.
