We have received your breast pump inquiry. What happens now?

We will:

  • Assign you a Maternity Products Specialist who will reach out to you by text and email. (Be sure to check your SPAM folder!)
  • Verify your insurance coverage
  • Obtain a prescription from your physician, if not provided
  • Contact you by your preferred method to discuss product options

Please note that if you did not supply your own prescription, it may take us some time to receive the prescription depending on the response from your provider. It can speed things up if you reach out to them directly.

We will contact you once the paperwork and all verification is completed, then we will ship your pump straight to your door with no charge for shipping!
