Once we verify your insurance information and obtain a prescription from your physician, we will email or call you to confirm and finalize your order. This usually takes 5 to 7 business days if you did not provide your own prescription. Please keep in mind that we prioritize our orders by delivery/due date.
IMPORTANT: Breast Pumps are considered a personal hygiene product, and therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal on the box has been broken. If your product is not performing as expected, we encourage you to call the breast pump manufactures customer service department for assistance.
