Exclusions to Return Policy – Unfortunately, Pumps for Mom cannot accept returns of breast pumps that have been used or are out of their original, sanitary packaging. If you are having problems using your breast pump, please contact your breast pump manufacturer for tips or warranty information.
Additionally, Pumps for Mom cannot accept returns of maternity compression garments if they have been removed from their original packaging. We want to provide a high-quality, hygienic product to every new mom. Please contact our experts if you received a defective product, and we can work with you to exchange your compression garment.
